The Victoria Falls are one of the great natural wonders of the world and justifiably so. At peak flow a gigantic curtain of water plunges 100m into a boiling chasm below, stretching a mile in length and making the single largest sheet of water in the world.
When I moved to NYC in my early 20s, I began to collect matchbooks, which held the same fascination as those long ago stamps. I marveled at the tiny advertisements for the restaurants they represented. I collected the annual NYC Zagat dining guides, and enthusiastically ticked off the places where I had eaten.
Back in March, with the Cambodian borders closing and our global health care deemed invalid due to the World Health Organisation declaring a pandemic, we decided to visit friends and family in the UK. Finally, after six months of uncertainty we have arrived back in Cambodia and wanted to share our COVID-19 safe travel experience with you.
