French Riviera 
The French Riviera has been known for a long time as a place where stylish people from all over the world go to relax. With the much-anticipated opening of The Maybourne Riviera, the Côte d’Azur is likely to attract tourists from all over the world who want to see the new gem for themselves. The Maybourne Riviera is perfectly located on a peninsula with sweeping views of the coast. The hotel will be Maybourne Hotel Group’s first venture into France. It will have the same creative and inspiring vibe as Claridge’s, The Connaught, and The Berkeley, which are its sister hotels. The beautiful hotel will have 69 rooms and suites, all of which will have private terraces with stunning views of the sea. Interior design will show how the hotel worked with some of the most famous designers. Andre Fu, Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, Marcelo Joulia, Pierre Yovanovitch, Pascal Goujon, and Rigby & Rigby, each with their own style, as well as the Maybourne in-house design team led by Michelle Wu, all created one-of-a-kind spaces. The Maybourne Riviera will also be a great place to eat, with a number of restaurants run by two of the best chefs and restaurateurs in the world: the legendary Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur and the world-famous Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who will open his first restaurant in the South of France. Hiro Sato, a sushi chef from Japan, will also bring his world-class skills to the property. 
 
Anguilla 
Anguilla is a beautiful island in the eastern Caribbean with white sand beaches and clear blue water. At the end of this year, a new, groundbreaking resort will open on the island, making it one of the most popular places to visit in 2022 and beyond. Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club will change the future of the island by giving it a soulful sense of place that honours Anguilla’s rich culture, its natural beauty, and the traditions and personalities that make the island so special. Budapest 
Budapest has a long history that goes back to the Roman Empire. It is a busy city with a wide range of architectural styles that are just waiting to be discovered. The restoration of the famous Matild Palace, a UNESCO world heritage site, will be finished in 2022. The palace was built during the Belle Epoque by the famous Hungarian architects Kálmán Giergl and Flóris Korb, and Her Imperial and Royal Highness Maria Klotild of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha wanted it to be the centre of city life. Matild Palace has been turned into a Luxury Collection hotel by the award-winning MKV Design. It has palatial high ceilings, 130 elegantly decorated rooms, and great views of the Danube River. Matild Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Budapest, is also home to the city’s first Spago by Wolfgang Puck. With the opening of Matild Café & Cabaret, one of Budapest’s oldest cafés will be brought back to life. Its sister palace, Klotild Palace, will also get a second chance when The St. Regis Budapest opens there in late 2022 or early 2023. Now is a great time to visit Budapest, whether it’s for the Budapest Spring Festival or the Sziget Festival in the summer. 
 
Jose Ignacio, Uruguay 
Uruguay is getting ready for an exciting year because in November, for the first time since March 2020, the country will open its borders again. The dishes, which are made by Chef Jess “Chuy” Cervantes, are based on Mexican culture and highlight the best of Californian produce and seasonal ingredients.
