The Centurion® Lounge at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) opens at 6 a.m., and the Centurion® Lounge at Philadelphia International opens even earlier at 5:30 a.m.
Not all Centurion® lounges are back to early hours, however.
The Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT) and Miami International (MIA) lounges still only open at 7 a.m. and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) lounge doesn’t open until 8 a.m. still.
If you want to get into The Centurion Lounge, you’ll need to have The Platinum Card® from American Express ($695 annual fee. See rates & fees), The Business Platinum Card® from American Express or The Centurion® Card.
You can also get in if you have the Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card when flying Delta with a ticket purchased on any American Express card, but keep in mind you won’t really be able to access the new lounge at LGA if you are flying Delta since it is in Terminal B which is not accessible to airlines outside of American, Air Canada, JetBlue, Southwest and United unless you are willing to clear security twice.
