DEPOSIT

 

We ask guests to vacate their property in the same condition they found it. You will then receive 100% of the deposit. As a safeguard, all deposits are held and handled by an independent escrow service. Once you have checked out of the property in it’s original “as seen” condition, the escrow company will transfer your deposit.
